These are the terms under which AI Start Here is sold and accessed. By purchasing and using this product, you’re agreeing to everything below. Read it. It matters.

Who We Are
AI Start Here is a product of Jess Clark, When we say “we” or “us” in these terms, that’s who we mean. When we say “you,” we mean you — the person purchasing and accessing this product.

What You’re Buying
AI Start Here is a $37 USD digital product. It’s an interactive, app-based setup experience for ChatGPT and Claude. One afternoon. Both platforms. Done properly.

Access is delivered digitally, immediately on purchase. There is no physical product.

What You Can Do With It
This product is licensed for your personal use only. That means you can:
Access and work through the content yourself
Use the frameworks and setups inside your own business
Return to it whenever you need a refresh

What You Cannot Do With It
This is important. All content inside AI Start Here — including videos, screen recordings, annotated screenshots, checklists, frameworks, copy, and the app experience itself — is the intellectual property of Jess Clark. It is protected under Australian copyright law.

You may not:
Share your login or access with anyone else
Share, distribute, screenshot, or reproduce the content in any form
Record or download the video content
Resell, repackage, or teach from this content as if it were your own
Use the frameworks or materials to create a competing product
Use this content in any way that competes with Jess Clark’s business

Violation of these terms will result in immediate access termination, no refund, and potential legal action. We take this seriously.

Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered and you select it, you are committing to the full purchase price — not a subscription you can cancel.
Payment plans are a financing option, not a trial. All scheduled payments are legally required. Failure to complete your payments will result in access suspension, and we reserve the right to pursue the outstanding balance.

Refund Policy
We don’t offer refunds on digital products.
Once you’ve purchased and accessed AI Start Here, the sale is final. This is standard for digital products — and it’s also why we’re transparent about exactly what’s inside before you buy.
If something is genuinely broken on our end — a technical issue we can’t fix — we’ll work it out. Reach us at hello@jesssclark.com.au.

Results
AI Start Here fixes your setup. That’s what it does. What you do with that foundation is up to you.
We can’t guarantee specific business outcomes, income results, or time saved — because those depend on factors that are yours to control: how you use the platforms, what your business looks like, and how much you actually implement.
What we can guarantee is that the content is thorough, practical, and built from real experience — not a creator who’s been using Claude for three weeks.

Your Account
When you create an account to access AI Start Here, you agree to:
Provide accurate information at the time of purchase
Keep your login details secure
Not share your account access with anyone else
Be responsible for all activity under your account

Content Accuracy
AI is moving fast. We update AI Start Here to keep it current, but the platforms themselves change — sometimes overnight. We’ll always do our best to ensure the content reflects what’s actually inside ChatGPT and Claude, but we can’t guarantee that every feature, screen, or interface will look identical to what you see in the course on any given day.
If something is significantly out of date, reach out. We’re not here to leave you with a broken setup.

Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for AI Start Here.
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost revenue, lost time, or decisions you made based on how you configured your AI tools.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where those rights cannot be excluded.

Changes to This Product or These Terms
We reserve the right to update AI Start Here, adjust the content, or modify these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know.
Continuing to access the product after changes are posted means you’re agreeing to the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Victoria, Australia.
